My artistic journey is a continuous exploration of my inner self and the environment around me. Through self-portraiture and collage, I express my personal experiences and beliefs, delving into the sensual, surreal, and phantasmagoric aspects of urban life and mental health. These themes manifest through my multimedia work, where I push the boundaries of my visual language.
The use of blue in my pieces is significant, symbolizing cinematic calm, serenity, and depth. My art engages with empathy and the understanding of others, particularly through portraiture, which allows me to connect with my subjects on a profound level. This connection fosters a mutual exploration of emotions and experiences, enriching the understanding of both artist and viewer. I also see photography as a therapeutic tool—a means to express feelings that are often difficult to communicate.
Currently, I am focused on the exploration of the human body and the ephemerality of material existence, two concepts that inspire and drive my creative practice. My work has been exhibited internationally, including in Mexico, New York, and Saudi Arabia, allowing me to share my vision globally while continually evolving as an artist.
